3. Data we collect
- Data you provide through the website contact form or when contacting us directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, message content, and any other information you voluntarily include in your communication.
- Contact form metadata: the page URL from which the form was submitted, referrer data, UTM parameters, language selection, and your confirmation that you agree to the privacy policy.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, visited page URLs, technical logs, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data and token used to prevent spam and abuse.
- Analytics data, if you consent: page views, click events, page exit signals, section engagement signals, form interaction events, document title, URL, and other pseudonymous usage data collected through PostHog.
- Analytics identifiers, if you consent: PostHog cookies and local storage values used for analytics continuity and linking pseudonymous session recordings. Input values are masked in those recordings.
- Preference data: a local storage value used to store your cookie choice.

5. Sources of data
We receive most personal data directly from you when you complete the contact form, email us, or contact us through another direct channel.
Technical, security, and, if you consent, analytics data are collected automatically from your browser and website interactions, including contact form use.
6. Recipients and processors
We may transfer data to service providers who help ensure website operation, hosting, enquiry handling, security, and analytics. At present, the website uses PostHog as an analytics and pseudonymous session recording processor when you give consent.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against automated abuse. If you submit an enquiry, data may also be processed by providers that support hosting, contact delivery, or email infrastructure. Where necessary, we conclude data processing agreements with processors.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
If service providers operate outside the European Economic Area or rely on sub-processors outside the EEA, we transfer data only by applying safeguards provided for by the GDPR. These may be standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about and access to your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") where applicable;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- exercise your right to data portability where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a local storage value to remember your cookie choice and other essential technical mechanisms needed for website operation, contact form submission, and security.
To protect the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technical mechanisms needed to distinguish humans from automated traffic and prevent abuse.
If you consent, PostHog may also use cookies and local storage for analytics and pseudonymous session recordings. These data help us measure page views, clicks, browsing patterns, section engagement, form interactions, and overall usage trends; input values are masked in session recordings.
Analytics is not enabled by default. We enable it only after a clear choice in the cookie notice.
Your cookie choice value is stored until you change it or clear your browser data.
